Bam, Carillion and Laing O’Rourke have secured places on the major project element of the Welsh 21st Century Schools programme.
Council Powys, Ceredigion and Gwynedd worked together on the pooled procurement plan, which has been broken down into six lots covering small and major projects.
The contractors will also support the general property construction programmes for the councils.
Powys County Council is looking to modernise its portfolio of residential care facilities and this framework may be used in delivering this modernisation agenda.
