The framework covers a host of jobs from straightforward building work to asbestos removal, electrical wiring and lift installation.
It has been divided up into 14 individual panels of contractors.
The building element will take the lion’s share of spending, estimated to be as high as £144m over the course of the framework, although the council warns that it could fall short of this target.
Firms with turnover up to £300,000 will be eligible to bid for ractive orders valued up to £50,000.
Companies turning over £1m can prequalify for the minor works package of £250,000, while firms will need to prove sales of over £5m to bid for the band of jobs over £1m.
Larger contractors turning over more than £10m will be able to bid for the biggest package of work.
Similar banding will apply to separate electrical and mechanical packages, lift installation, CCTV and alarm panels.
Interested firms have until 6 January to submit PQQs. Further information is available from: https://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf/frm_home?openForm
