Sunderland College looks for £13m sports hall builder

Sunderland College is looking for a contractor to build a new £13m sports and visual arts building.

The design and build job at the college’s Bede Campus is expected to last 13 months and at least five contractors will be invited to tender.

Expressions of interest must be submitted by June 25 with construction set to get underway in November and a short list drawn-up in August.
