The contractor will close its Ashford, Banbury, Bristol and Theale (Reading) offices as part of an ongoing restructure.
Morgan Sindall closed its Durham office last month as it moved to operate across four enlarged regions from six.
Housing arm Lovell also merged regional operations last month as a raft of senior directors was made redundant.
The Enquirer also revealed this week how Morgan Sindall has hit severe delays on its £150m Faslane contract.
A spokesman for Morgan Sindall said: “In order to increase the operational efficiency of our construction business, we have recently announced the closure of our Ashford, Banbury, Bristol and Theale (Reading) offices.
“As a result of these changes, circa 60 people may have to leave the business but only after an extensive consultation exercise where we hope to minimise redundancies.
“We remain fully committed to serving our existing customers, and securing new customers, across England, Wales and Scotland.”
