ISG tipped for £8m revamp of octagonal City building

ISG is believed to have beaten-off competition from a host of major rivals to win the £8m revamp of a landmark building on Cheapside in the City of London.

Number 5 Cheapside is currently home to a striking octagonal building overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral.

The Enquirer understands that ISG has beaten Ardmore, McLaren and Morgan Sindall to the refurbishment scheme to create offices above retail units.

Client on the job is Lord Sugar’s property arm Amsprop.
