Tower Hamlets wants bidders for £50m housing deal

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking for contractors to work on a £50m upgrade to 22,000 homes it currently manages.

The five-year programme will cover improvements to lifts, CCTV, heating and M&E works.
