The new college building forms part of a major investment programme at the campus and will involve construction of a 160,000 sq ft six-storey high building.
Procurement bosses aim to let the job as a fixed-price, design and build contract.
The new building will house a 300-seat lecture theatre, mock-up court and trading rooms to give students a taste of real life environments.
Work is expected to get underway at the start of 2015, for the job to complete before the start of the 2016 term.
PQQ forms are available from the In-Tend e-tendering website, with tenders due to be invited from shortlisted firms in August.
