He will join the phase one infrastructure executive as programme director for engineering later this month, completing the line up of senior ‘hard hats’ on the project.

Dulake brings over 28 years of construction experience. As chief engineer on the Crossrail project he led the implementation of underground and portal design and construction.
He was also instrumental in establishing the Tunnelling and Underground Construction Academy, contract procurement strategy, delivering safety through innovation and design and establishing early essential project controls.
Dulake previously held director positions within Arup and AECOM leading underground construction business streams where he was responsible for technical, promotional and financial performance.
He has also earned a reputation for being a strong advocate for collaborative working and shared risk management.
