The successful firms will share up to £290m over a four-year period.
The framework is broken down into 17 lots covering asbestos, water hygiene, fire safety, electrical safety and facilities management.
For the first time, new lots for passive fire safety and retrofit maintenance are being included.
Phil Woodhead, Facilities Management Framework Manager at Fusion21, said: “We have enhanced the scope of this specialist framework to better support property compliance needs – while ensuring members will continue to generate greater efficiency savings.
“The new framework will also make direct award call-offs easier – a huge benefit to members – including those working within the education and blue light sectors.”
“We welcome applications from interested organisations that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation.”
The submission deadline for the compliance and facilities management framework is 19 January. Details are available on the mytenders web portal .
