The 7-storey 3 Glass Wharf office project comprises around 115,000 sq ft of office space and features shimmering glass facades which reflect the site’s previous use as a glassworks.
The floor to ceiling glazing and frameless glass balustrades maximise the panoramic views, with balconies providing solar shading.
Architect Darling Associates designed the office HQ, which is being built to achieve a BREAAM excellent rating.
The site is adjacent to developer Salmon Harvester’s 2 Glasswharf development, which was also built by Wates.
