Mulalley, Chas Berger & Son and recently formed asset management specialist Pyramid Plus have come up trumps featuring on both the internal and external repairs programme panels.
The planned repairs framework, worth £35.6m, will deliver planned programmes such as kitchen and bathroom replacements while the cyclical repairs framework, worth £54.4m, will deliver external and communal cyclical redecoration and external repairs.
