Paddam joined Kier two and a half years ago from Morgan Sindall where he had worked for eight years rising to head its infrastructure business.

Sean Jeffery, executive director Kier Infrastructure, will now also assume his duties as part of a restructure.

“We’ve reviewed our management structure in order to respond to the evolving nature of the infrastructure market,” said Jeffrey.

“In order to co-ordinate delivery across the wider infrastructure and utilities business, I will be taking on the role of managing director of the infrastructure business from Jag Paddam, in addition to my executive director role.

“Jag has added a great deal of value to the business over the last two years and I’d like to thank him for his contribution to Kier. “
