Reddaway will work across the contractor’s various boperations to deliver the business’ innovation strategy, in line with the objectives of Murphy’s ten-year plan.
Previously he was heavily involved in Crossrail’s innovation programme, Innovate18, and its next evolution, the Industry Innovation Programme (I3P).

Reddaway will report to engineering director, Alastair Smyth, who added: “Will’s exposure to cutting-edge innovation at Crossrail made him the ideal fit for this role.
“We seek to embed a culture of creativity and innovation to improve how we deliver our projects through new technologies and products, and by improving our systems and processes.”
