The north and east London housing association has set a housing growth target of 2,000 homes to be built within six years.
Many of these will be delivered in partnership with leading private house builders like Barratt and Berkeley Group that are already delivering major housing developments.
The new framework will be used for specific Newlon housing projects split into major developments valued at more than £25m, mid-sized schemes and those worth £2.5 to £10m.
