Yorkshire-based Premier Modular has scooped a major five year supply deal with the Central Housing Investment Consortium.

The deal, which could be worth an estimated £225m, will see the firm supply volumetric solutions for the 44 local authorities, housing association and registered housing providers making up the group.

CHIC members operate across the central region of the UK from London to Greater Manchester, including Wales.

Last year Premier Modular completed delivery and erection of its biggest single order of 300 modules to deliver site office accommodation for the Hinkley Point C nuclear power station building project in Somerset.

Premier now operates out of five interlinked manufacturing plants with 22 acres of storage land at Brandesburton, East Yorkshire.
