Currently six firms are on the panel for projects worth more than £9m across the north west.
The present preferred line-up consists of BAM, Galliford Try, Kier, Laing O’Rourke, Morgan Sindall and Wates.
Now the procurement group, first formed by Manchester City Council, is opening the prized framework to the market again and inviting any interested firms to a market engagement day where plans to renew and improve the framework will be openly discussed.
NWCH is one of the main procurement bodies for construction. Since being established in 2009, it has delivered over three hundred projects for around 80 clients, with a total construction cost of just over £1.5bn.
The soft market testing day will take place on 11 July in the Central Library in Manchester.
