The largest worth nearly £13m is at Spirit Quarters, a £360m housing redevelopment scheme in North East Coventry, which will see more than 3,300 new homes built in the neighbourhoods of Wood End, Henley Green, Manor Farm and Deedmore.
Lambe will provide foundation bases for 356 new homes and two apartment blocks; infrastructure, including: roads, sewers and section 278 works.
The second contract worth £5m at The Willows in Dudley will see the specialist construct raft foundations for 130 plots and infrastructure.

Revenue at the firm is forecast to reach £64m this year with staff numbers up to over 400.
