Ian Holcroft has been leading procurement at Hinkley for the BYLOR joint venture between Laing O’Rourke and Bouygues.

He was also head of procurement at O’Rourke and will join Murphy as director of procurement next month.

David Burke, Murphy chief financial officer, said: “I’d like to welcome Ian into his new role with Murphy, he brings a wealth of experience into the role and I believe he will help us take another step forward in developing our supply chain relationships to deliver the ten-year plan.”
