The 35 acre, 530,000 sq ft scheme will comprise of seven units with large service yards and car parks.

Mick George is working on Plot 3 for Parkway Construction (MK) Ltd who are main design and build contractor on the £6m unit.

Plot 3 will total 80,000 sqft and contain water attenuation swales, tanks, culverts and ditches, that make the site fully SUDS compliant.

Work will also include construction of new access roads, drainage and an estate wide foul storage and pumping chamber.
