The 30-storey project will be one of a pair of high-rise flats for developer Regal (West Point) on the Left Bank development, the first a 22 storey project is presently being built by Wates Construction.
Under a £31.6m contract, Wates will deliver 205 apartments in a 240m tall building, designed by Glancy Nicholls Architects.
It has just mobilised on site and is expected to complete in Autumn 2019.

Work on the first building at The Bank was recently marked with a topping out ceremony. The first occupations of its 189 studio, one and two bedroom apartments are set to be in July 2018.
The scheme adds to Wates extensive portfolio of projects across Birmingham, which includes Ardstone Capital’s Grade A office development at Phoenix House, the development of Eastside City Park and the fit-out of Gowling WLG’s premises at Two Snowhill.
