Jag Paddam, former MD of Kier Infrastructure joins as associate director with responsibility for Colas UK Projects business.  Prior to joining Kier, Paddam spent nearly eight years as MD of the infrastructure business at Morgan Sindall and Morgan Est. 

He will report into Colas executive director for strategic projects, Carl Fergusson and support the growth plans Colas UK has for the infrastructure market, at the same time building our capability to deliver.

The firm has also appointed former UK Business Development Director at Bouygues Travaux Public, Stephen Leo, to head preconstruction for Colas UK Projects.  Leo was responsible for the development of strategy and securing a pipeline of major projects whilst at Bouygues.

Fergusson said: “These senior appointments are a clear statement of our intent to strengthen Colas’ position in the UK capital projects sector and I am looking forward to them both immediately contributing to our growth strategy.”
