As part of the re-positioning plan the present Interserve London Construction team will now form part of the Paragon refurbishment division.
Jeremy James, managing director of strategic projects and London Construction, is the biggest casualty of the shake-up and will leave at the end of June.
Strategic projects will now report directly to Gordon Kew, managing director of Interserve Construction, while future London jobs come under the control of Matt Bray, managing director of Paragon.
Current live Interserve Construction projects will time out under the Interserve brand but all future London projects will be delivered under the Paragon brand.
