Work on the 2,000 space five-storey building will be delivered by the firm’s specialist car parking division Metpark.
Construction will start shortly on the site of the existing short stay car park in the airport’s central terminal.
It is the second multi-storey car park Metpark will help deliver for London Luton Airport.
In 2016, the business completed work on a 1,700-space five-storey multi-storey parking facility.
The new car park replaces existing parking provision which has been demolished to make way for the new £225M ‘Luton DART’; a high speed train connecting the airport to Luton Airport Parkway Station and central,
Metpark will work to a fast track installation programme of 16 weeks for the floor deck.
A total of 46,000m2 of Kingspan Multideck MD80 1.0mm steel floor decking has been specified for the contract, which will be installed by Metpark operatives.
Raised Floor Solutions Managing Director, Graham Hewitt said: “At the end of last year, tendering main contractors invited firms to submit bids for the contract.
“Whilst we had already delivered the first multi-storey car park for Luton Airport, there was no guarantee we would secure the second as each job was being treated independently to ensure the best contractor would be appointed.
“We’re pleased that our expertise and experience in this specialist construction field was identified and appreciated.
“It’s an honour to be providing this second facility, which will be used by so many people for so many years, and to play a part in the exciting growth and prosperity of the airport and this area of the capital,” he added.
