The Great Jackson Street district project will offer 660 flats in 51-storey and 21-storey residential blocks, linked by a podium building.
It is Sipral’s second major project in Manchester after securing facade work on Balfour Beatty’s Manchester Engineering Campus Development, where cladding installation is just starting.
At the 1.6ha Crown Street project, designed by Simpson Haugh Architects, enabling works have just got underway with the scheme scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022.
Sipral is now carrying out design work on the twin tower blocks with plans to start installation next year.
