This represents around 40% of the privately-owned buildings identified with combustible ACM cladding systems.
According to the latest Government figures, 86 privately owned flats, 21 student blocks and 14 hotels remain in limbo without a plan to tackle defective cladding.
In comparison considerable progress has been made in the social housing sector.
All of the 157 council and housing association blocks of flats needing work are at a stage of either being completed, in progress or with plans in place to replace cladding.
In the health sector, there are a further four buildings where building owners still need to notify the Government about their plans.
But across the country there is still a big backlog of work. Of the 448 buildings over 18m needing retrofitting, just 37 projects have been completed, with work now underway on 119 replacement projects.
Building owners have outlined remediation plans for 125 buildings, with the same number still to inform the Government of what action is being taken.
