An estimated £630m pipeline of works from 2020-2024 will be split between three separate frameworks covering different project value bands.
Firms will mainly be engaged with highways related projects although the framework will also be available for rail, river and sea defence and airport work.
Framework 1 will cover small projects up to £250,000 in Hampshire, including the cities of Southampton and Portsmouth.
Framework 2 will consist of a panel of a dozen firms for medium-sized project of £50,000 to £18m.
This will be split into two regional lots covering South East of England and the South West.
While framework 3 will be used for more complex and large-scale projects worth between £15m and £150m, again split into two regional lots.
The preliminary supplier engagement event is to be held on 18 January in Winchester.
