She spent over 30 years at Balfour Beatty, starting out as an engineer at Stent Foundations and rising through the rank to become project director.

As project director at Volker’s foundations business, Towse-Laval will be covering operational delivery and managing departmental and staff resourcing on site.

“I’ve been blown away by the welcome I have already received and the complexity and range of projects we undertake.
