Galliford Try and Lovell Partnerships have been selected to deliver major schemes with E G Carter and Speller Metcalfe (Malvern) preferred for smaller projects.
The housing association operates across the Midlands and the south west and last year built 1,236 new homes ranking it 9th among housing associations on housing delivery figures.
Currently, Bromford’s in house company, Bromford Developments undertakes schemes in the northern area of the region, with the criteria being largely based on a travel time of one hour from Wolverhampton.
The four new partner builders will deliver schemes primarily in the south west region.
