The adaptation has been undertaken so that the original skip body can be readily interchanged with the mixer unit, Bell B30’s were chosen as the base vehicle as they exert a low ground pressure.
Utranazz, the concrete equipment specialist, have designed and supplied the custom-made 6m3 demountable concrete mixers.
Blackwell also bought a mobile concrete batching, manufactured by Rapid International. It is the first of it’s kind to be purchased by a contractor and is designed to produce consistent high output, quality concrete on even the most remote of sites.
