The new 8,400m² building at the college’s Denmark Hill campus in South East London will house the Wohl Neuroscience Institute, and provide enough space for 250 researchers.

Pre-qualification questionnaires for the two-year job must be submitted by 1 July.

Devereux Architects, working with Allies and Morrison, designed the building.

Up to six contractors will be invited to tender for the project on 20 July.
