Victoria French who is also company secretary will leave the group at the end of this month.
Mark Lawrence, chief executive, said: “On behalf of the team at T.Clarke, I would like to wish Victoria the very best for the future and, thank her for her contribution to the company during her three years with the Group.”
Martin Walton, currently the group financial controller will assume her responsibilities while the company finds a replacement.
Walton has been with T.Clarke for over two years.
French is the second finance director of a quoted company to leave this week.
Interserve finance director Tim Jones also hand in his notice after seven years with the company on Monday.
