The deal, expected to be worth £75m, is the second AMP5 framework secured by the partnership in the region.
In March, the joint venture signed a framework expected to be worth £60m covering improvements to clean and waste water treatment works.
The work will comprise initial feasibility assessment through to design and construction, as well as commissioning and handover.
Paul Smith, chief executive of Morgan Sindall Group, said: “This framework award builds on Morgan Sindall’s long-standing relationship with Yorkshire Water and Grontmij which developed through the last asset management period.”
Mott MacDonald Bentley, BarhaleWSP, Earth Tech Morrison, Morgan Est Grontmij, Byzac/Entec, Balfour Beatty and Morrison Utility Services are all on board with Yorkshire Water to deliver its £1.35bn infrastructure upgrade over the next five years.
