Developer Mourant Property Trustees, together with Berkeley Group, plans to build 206 dwellings and 22,500 sq ft of retail, leisure and office space.

Berkeley Homes will act as development manager for the job, which has been designed by GRID Architects.

The luxury apartment blocks, built as a series of mansion blocks around two courtyards, will be the first housing scheme built in the prestigious legal district for more than a century.
