Now work on the second phase of the Riverside Heights development project can start in April, with the first apartments coming up for sale at the end of 2011.
Up to 190 residential apartments have been completed so far by Taylor Wimpey’s Bryant Homes arm on the Norwich riverside scheme and the second phase involves the construction of a series of 24-unit residential blocks – in the form of aluminium-clad wedges.
The concrete framed buildings will be topped with brown roofs to reduce rain-water run-off.
