The 50m long three-storey building will be assembled from modules at the site, which is located within the boundary of the fuel cycle area on the Dounreay nuclear site in Scotland.
Yorkon has already nominated its key specialist contractor for the job.
Ventilation design, manufacture and installation, which accounts for around 65% of the value of the job, will be subcontracted to local Dounreay specialist JGC Engineering & Technical Services.
Excavation works and crane hire are still up for grabs.
