Council procurement chiefs have split the framework into four distinct lots. Three cover various sizes of tradition building contracts, the fourth is for modular build.
Work using the framework firms will get underway from the start of 2012 and run to December 2015, if the option to extend for a year is taken.
- Lot 1: projects up to £500,000, with projected total spend of £12m
- Lot:2: projects £0.5m-£1.5m, projected spend £24m
- Lot 3: projects: £1.5m-£40m, projected spend £40m
- lot 4: projects up to £750,000, projected spend £12m
