The £24m job, which is due to start in january, will involve building a 250m long approach jetty within the tidal reaches of the River Humber.
The contractor will need to install a floating pontoon, linkspan together with berthing and mooring dolphins to include dredge pockets to accomodate vessels up to 165m length.
Landside works include construction of port pavements including site drainage, services and fencing.
A 10 % performance bond, insurances and parent company guarantee will be required from the successful tenderer immediately following contract award.
