During the next few years the housing association is embarking on a huge building programme, which includes redeveloping the Robin Hood Estate in east London.
This will see the 1970’s estate demolished to make way for 1,621 new homes in what is now called the Blackwall Reach Regeneration project.
Swan New Homes aims to appoint around 10 firms to the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame sub-contractor framework.
This will be split into two packages covering small works up to £1m and larger projects from £1m to £40m, expected to include the Blackwall Reach project.
Firms have until 3 October to complete the prequalification process for the two-year deal , which carries an option to extend to four years.
