Bids invited for £16m Essex school

The London Borough of Redbridge has started the search for a major contractor to carry out the £16m expansion of Beale High School in Illford.

The job involves the design and build of a new-build block, fitting out and landscaping.

Construction work is scheduled to start in December next year and take around two years to complete.

Interested firms have until 13 october to complete PQQs for an invitation to tender on 14 November.
