Up to five firms will be shortlisted for the job which will involve the design and build of 550 student homes in a series of three-storey terraced townhouses at the Bath Spa University Newton Park Campus.
The first phase of the scheme was won by Skanska who faced stiff competition from Bam, Cowlin, Leadbitter and Sir Robert McAlpine.
Firms must express an interest by April 14.
