Wainwright joins from Carillion Facilities Management where he was development director.

“Services will play a major part in the growth and expansion of Miller and I look forward to driving this area of the business forward, under the executive leadership of Chris.”

“Phil will be responsible for managing Miller Asset 24’s services, including building and fabric maintenance, mechanical and electrical maintenance, reactive maintenance, planned and preventative maintenance, statutory maintenance and compliance and life cycle replacement.
“Phil brings with him, an understanding of facilities management across both the public and private sectors. His experience will enable us to concentrate on areas where we have core skills, such as Education and Health, as well as increasing our presence in our identified developing markets.”
