Raine will be based at Shepherd’s London office and will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of each of the projects across the South Division which is forecasting a turnover of £110m in this financial year.

He recently ran one of Shepherd’s flagship projects – the £100m Pirbright Institute in Surrey.

Prior to joining Shepherd in 2010 Raine worked as area commercial manager across the North East and Yorkshire for Taylor Woodrow Construction.
