Stoke-on-Trent based Seddon has been selected to work on major construction projects worth more than £1.5m, including new schools, sports facilities and care homes.
The builder is one of several contractors appointed to the agreement for the council running between now and 2016.
Already Seddon has its first project through the framework, a £4m new-build project to deliver the new Christchurch Primary School in Burton-on-Trent.
“We have a long-standing working relationship with Staffordshire County Council and are delighted to be continuing that positive relationship through our selection to this construction framework,” said Seddon Construction managing director Jonathan Seddon.
“We are particularly pleased to have already secured our first project through the framework.”
