The project at 33 Margaret Street has been recently redeveloped by Great Portland Estate amalgamating three existing buildings into a single office building.
ISG will take the seven storeys for occupation by Savills from Cat A to Cat B specification in a fast-track, 18-week fitout programme.
The high specification fitout job, believed to be worth £7m, was won against competition from Overbury, Como, Mitie and Wates.
It includes solid timber floors, fabric and timber acoustic ceiling finishes, lacquer and fabric panelling, specialist wall coverings, polished plasterwork, bespoke veneers and natural stone.
The project also comprises a large mechanical and electrical package, with ISG installing specialist lighting, small power and data infrastructure along with the provision of efficient chiller and condenser units.
Paul Cossell, managing director of ISG Fit Out, said: “There was a great deal of market interest concerning this prestigious project for Savills and we are naturally delighted with our selection for the scheme at 33 Margaret Street.”
