Owners Resolution Property selected the firm to deliver a £36m full refurbishment of the historic Triton Court office block on Finsbury Square.

The project will see the transformation of 220,000 sq ft of office space for creative, media and technology occupiers with 22,000 sq ft of additional A1 retail and restaurant space on the ground and basement floors.

The building’s original period features will be restored, but the fabric and services are to be fully updated throughout with exposed wall finishes and ducting to ensure high ceiling levels.
