The contract 15 year deal will see Bullock provide internal and external improvement works including the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, electrical rewiring and improving the energy efficiency of properties.
An integral part of the contract is to provide employment and training opportunities for local people and support local suppliers.
Richard Baker, Regional Director at Bullock said: “We are delighted to continue our long standing relationship with Wolverhampton Homes.
“We have been working in partnership for over six years now with the delivery of the Decent Homes programme.
“This contract award further strengthens, what we consider, is already a great partnership in improving homes throughout the city and enhancing the employment and training opportunities for local people.”
Shaun Aldis, Director of Property Services at Wolverhampton Homes said: “This project is, in effect, a continuation of our already very successful Decent Homes programme where we have worked with Bullock to deliver a programme of works which has transformed the homes and lives of thousands of people across our city.
“Bullock has delivered this programme not only with high quality workmanship and skill, but also with an approach to resident engagement that has added real value to overall delivery.”
Wolverhampton Homes manages 23,500 properties on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.
