The Horsforth-based company has committed its future to the West Yorkshire town and will relocate its operations to the £8m purpose-built offices.
The four-storey, steel-frame structure has been carefully designed by Bowman Riley Architects to complement the existing built environment – with a frontal, road-side elevation of traditional Yorkshire stone with a pitched tiled roof.
The rear façade has a more contemporary design with extensive curtain walling and rain screen cladding panels.
ISG installing a series of delta beams which span up to 17m within the main office areas to provide coloumn-free uninterrupted sight lines across the floor plate.
Targeting a BREEAM very good environmental performance rating, the office is mostly naturally ventilated, via roof-mounted wind catchers and features brise soleil shading panels to regulate solar gain.
ISG will carry out landscaping works on the sloping site, installing retaining gabion wall structures.
