Swans fanatic Anthony Powell has made a bet with Bluebirds fans working on the site at Coastal Housing Group’s new £8m Castle Quarter development in Swansea.
Powell currently flies a Swansea flag, alongside the red dragon, from his cab above the city centre site.
He told thisissouthwales: “I drink in the Ship in St Thomas and we are all Swans supporters so I have a Swans flag up there, if I could have a bigger one I would.
“I’m also a very proud Welshman so I have the Welsh flag flying as well. It’s something I have always done.
“There’s a lot of Cardiff supporters working here at the moment and they are not happy about it.
“We have a bet on that if Cardiff beat the Swans in the derby then I will have to fly a Bluebird’s flag from the crane for the day.
“I don’t want to think about losing.”
