Bracknell Regeneration Partnerships has signed up companies for more than 60% of the available space. These include Cineworld, for a 12-screen, 41,500 sq ft cinema, Marks & Spencer, which is taking an 80,000 sq ft store and restuarants Nandos and Zizzi.
The Partnership is now finalising the finance for the scheme in the northern part of the town centre.
