The deal with Dacorum Borough Council will see Osborne Property Services deliver building maintenance, repair and improvement services.

The works will include repairs to over 10,000 social housing properties, previously carried out by Mitie under a six year deal, which came up for renewal.

Under the expanded new deal Osborne will be responsible for the council’s total asset management and elements of new building work.
